The Julia fire started near Partington Ridge road and Hwy1 as we were headed to the lookout. Around 9:30 am, LCPP advised that ConeNet Tone 8 would be reserved for JuliaFIre IC, and all units were advised to call or email dispatch with staffing resources. We called into service via phone. ConeNet was returned to regular use around 1600, and we called out of service at 17:52 via Tone 8.

Radio traffic was mostly quiet all day in our area. It was a warm day, but the breeze kept the temperatures to the mostly comfortable range.
