Brendan and Karen Kelly occupied the tower from 0830 to 1800.

Weather fair all day, winds light, shirt sleeve temperatures, great visibility

Radio comms were good throughout on channel 9 (FN Tone 8). At about 1600, LP dispatch had a lot of traffic concerning a fire in the Mt. Pinos region. At last hearing, it was dubbed the Howard incident.

We only needed one radio battery for the day, and we left that one recharging when we departed.

Cab is fully stocked.

No visitors. No shooting heard.
